An art course that takes us to the north east of Hungary into the mountainous region of the Bukk National Park, named after its beech forests. We then make our way further south towards the peaceful Tisza Lake as well as the never-ending grasslands of the Hortobágy.
Learn how to simplify a busy scene, make sense of all the greens, paint beautiful water reflections and turn a boring, flat landscape into an interesting one. Get inspired by varied subjects. Suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced artists and professional artists.
This painting holiday is centred around 2 locations. First we base ourselves in the baroque town of Eger. We spend the second part of the course by the Tisza Lake in a traditional guesthouse which will give you an insight into rural Hungarian life.
